Purpose of the Study

This research study is testing a once-weekly oral investigational medicine (a tablet taken by mouth) to learn what dose works best to help people maintain their weight reduction after they’ve already reduced weight on weekly semaglutide or tirzepatide injections. Some participants may receive a placebo (a tablet with no active medication) so researchers can compare results. Eligibility is confirmed through medical history and screening tests.

Study Requirements

You may qualify if you:

Are 18 to 80 years old
Started weekly Wegovy/Ozempic (semaglutide) or Zepbound/Mounjaro (tirzepatide) injections when you:
Have a history of obesity, or
Have a history of overweight with at least one weight-related health issue (like high blood pressure, high cholesterol/triglycerides, a past heart attack or stroke, or moderate sleep apnea)
