Purpose of the Study

Helios Clinical Research is conducting a clinical research study related to advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer. The purpose of this study is to determine median Progression-free Survival (PFS) per RECIST 1.1. The research team is seeking adults who meet the eligibility criteria, including male or female ≥ 18 years, to learn whether they may qualify.

Study Requirements

• Be male or female ≥ 18 years
• Have histologically or cytologically confirmed advanced or metastatic NSCLC
• Have histologically confirmed Stage III or IV; squamous or non-squamous (AJCC 8th edition); without known targetable alterations in EGFR, ALK, or ROS1
