Purpose of the Study

Helios Clinical Research is conducting a clinical research study related to HER2-positive breast cancer. The purpose of this study is to determine the pCR rate in each treatment arm. The research team is seeking male or female participants who meet the eligibility criteria, including at least 18 years of age or of the legal adult age per local standard at the time of signing the informed consent, to learn whether they may qualify.

Study Requirements

  • 18 years of age or of the legal adult age at the time of signing the informed consent

  • Have Stage II or III histologically confirmed invasive breast carcinoma 
  • Have a minimum tumor size of 2 cm determined by imaging 
  • Have histologically confirmed HER2-positive breast cancer according to ASCO/CAP Guidelines
