Purpose of the Study

Helios Clinical Research is conducting a clinical research study related to previously untreated, locally advanced, recurrent inoperable, or metastatic triple-negative breast cancer or ER-low, HER2-negative breast cancer. The purpose of this study is to compare the PFS of iza-bren at the RP3D vs TPC in participants with previously untreated, locally recurrent inoperable or metastatic TNBC, or ER-low, HER2-negative BC. The research team is seeking adults who meet the eligibility criteria, including ≥ 18 years of age, to learn whether they may qualify.

Study Requirements

  • Have been diagnosed with previously untreated, locally advanced, recurrent inoperable, or metastatic triple-negative breast cancer or ER-low, HER2-negative breast cancer

  • Meet protocol-specific health history requirements
  • Have laboratory values within protocol criteria
