Purpose of the Study
Helios Clinical Research is conducting a clinical research study related to common EGFR-mutated locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer. The purpose of this study is to assess the antitumor activity of amivantamab and lazertinib, and amivantamab and chemotherapy, in participants with EGFRm NSCLC. The research team is seeking adults who meet the eligibility criteria, including being ≥18 years of age at the time of informed consent, to learn whether they may qualify.
Study Requirements
- Are ≥18 years of age at the time of informed consent.
- Have histologically or cytologically confirmed advanced or metastatic NSCLC that is not amenable to curative intent therapy.
- Have at least 1 measurable lesion, according to RECIST v1.1.
