Purpose of the Study

Helios Clinical Research is conducting a clinical research study related to previously untreated chronic lymphocytic leukemia. The purpose of this study is to evaluate whether the efficacy of I+V and ibrutinib monotherapy regimens, as assessed by ORR by the investigator, will be acceptable when using a tailored treatment approach in which dosing of ibrutinib is proactively reduced or when the dose is reactively modified (per the updated ibrutinib label) in response to AEs. The research team is seeking adults who meet the eligibility criteria to learn whether they may qualify.

  • Have untreated CLL/SLL
  • Meet iwCLL criteria for requiring treatment
